Sandbox has worked with the Hong Kong Hospital Authority across a growing range of video projects — and it's become one of our most rewarding partnerships.
We started with a corporate recruitment video introducing new staff to the organisation's mission and values, followed by a staff orientation training video that used actors and light-hearted humour to bring real workplace scenarios to life. Because if your training video puts people to sleep, the training hasn't really happened.
From there, we produced a series of doctor-patient communication training videos aimed at new doctors — helping them slow down, listen, and approach each patient with more empathy and patience. The kind of soft skills that don't show up in a medical degree but make an enormous difference on the ward.
Most recently, we've delivered training videos covering the Hospital Authority's COVID response and their smart hospital initiative, both produced and built for real-world staff training.
It's a body of work we're proud to have made, and proof that even in healthcare, the best way to get people to absorb information is to make it worth watching.
